Castillo de Lagos

In 2019 we were invited to participate in a restricted competition for the construction of 16 townhouses on the first line of the coast of Velez.

We looked for an implementation that could increase the number of typologies of 3 facades, we worked the distributions to make the most of the 120m2 of each house and we proposed a community garage to strengthen the cohesion of the whole and avoid the undesired effect of repetitions.
